" Assign Employee to Orders "

Order-Based Employee Assignment: Now, you can assign specific employees to each order, allowing business owners to track employee productivity with ease. Through this feature, owners can gain insights into tips earned, order counts, quantities, and weight (Lbs/Kg) processed by each employee.

  • Employee Productivity Report: Access comprehensive productivity metrics in the Employee Productivity Report, detailing individual performance across assigned orders.

  • Productivity Stats Section: View daily productivity updates for each employee in the newly added Stats section, giving you a quick snapshot of team performance on a daily basis.

  • Admin Attendance Control: Business owners now have the ability to manually add attendance entries for employees who may have worked but forgot to clock in or out. This feature, available exclusively in the Attendance Report for administrators, ensures complete and accurate time tracking.


In POS ( 1.1.1.9 )

  • Employee Assignment for Orders: Similar to Business Manager, POS users can now assign employees to orders directly within the POS interface, allowing consistent productivity tracking across platforms.

  • Order Status Change: Employees now have the capability to update order statuses directly within the POS, facilitating flexibility for those unique cases where an order needs to be updated on the spot.

  • Configurable Settings: Both "Assign Employee" and "Order Status Change" features can be configured in Business Manager under employee permissions, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to these actions.


In Driver App ( 1.0.48 )

  • Collapsible Route Stops: For a more streamlined view, all picked-up and delivered stops now appear in a collapsible format, improving visibility and navigation within the Driver App.

  • Automated Customer Notifications: Customers now receive real-time notifications when a driver starts a route, alerting them that the driver is on the way, and also when a stop is marked as “Pickup Complete.”

  • Auto-Complete Route: When enabled in settings, this feature allows the route to auto-complete, streamlining the workflow and ensuring timely updates with minimal manual input.

  • Invoice Calculation Fix: Resolved a calculation issue on the invoice screen to ensure precise billing information.

  • Enhanced Image Capture in iOS Driver App: Fixed an issue with the image capture functionality to improve reliability and performance on iOS devices.

  • Improved Image Viewing in Pickup & Delivery Requests: Enhanced the image view and details display for pickup and delivery requests, providing a clearer, more detailed view for employees.

  • Business Manager Improvements: Enhanced functionality for a smoother user experience across the Business Manager platform.
