What You Will Need:
TSC TTP TE244 printer
USB cable (or Ethernet cable, depending on connection type)
Laptop or Desktop with Windows or macOS
TSC printer drivers
TSC Diagnostic Tool V1.64
Step 2: Connect the Printer to Your Laptop/Desktop
For USB Connection:
Plug the USB cable into the printer’s USB port.
Connect the other end of the USB cable to an available USB port on your laptop or desktop.
Step 3: Install Printer Drivers
Using the Installation CD (if available):
Insert the CD into your computer.
Follow the on-screen instructions to install the necessary printer drivers.

Installing Printer Drivers
Turn off the printer, connect the appropriate cable, and then turn on the printer.
If the printer supports the Plug and Play functionality and if you have connected it by using a USB or parallel cable, then the Windows Add a Device wizard automatically detects the printer and displays a dialog that prompts you to install a driver. Click Cancel and do not install the driver by using this wizard.
In Windows Explorer, browse to the installation directory where the driver files are located, and then double-click the DriverWizard.exe utility.
Click to select Install printer drivers, and then click Next.
Click to select the connection type, and then click Next.
Configure the printer settings according to the steps in the wizard.
Note: Make sure you download the correct drivers for your operating system version (e.g., Windows 10, macOS Monterey).
Step 4: To setup the Roll size and Printing (e.g., 2-inch/50.8mm)
1. Windows 10/11:
Right-click on the Start menu and select Control Panel. If you don’t see it, type "Control Panel" in the search bar and select it.
Access Devices and Printers
In the Control Panel, go to Devices and Printers (sometimes under View devices and printers).
Locate the TSC TTP TE244 printer icon.
Right-click on the TSC TTP TE244 icon and choose Printing Preferences.
Under the 'Page setup' tab. In the 'Stock" field, select "New.." to create a custom printer setting.
Name your new setting something relevant (e.g.: TurnsTags) and correct the label width and size based on your paper (e.g.: Width 50.8mm and Height 51.4mm) and click 'OK'
Set-up Stock method setting:
Make sure the Orientation is set to 'Portrait', then click 'Apply'.
Step 5: Test the Printer
Go to Turns Software : Business Manager.
Login with your credentials.
From the Transaction - Orders - against order [tag]
