We’ve introduced the Hold Order feature to make order handling more flexible and efficient especially during peak hours or high-urgency situations:
Employees can now hold an order mid-creation and resume it later without losing any entered details.
All information is saved exactly as it was no need to start over.
To view held orders, go to the Home Screen and tap the Hold button at the bottom to open the Hold Order List.
In Business Manager ( 0.0.7.2 )
The Hold Order feature is also now available in Business Manager.
Navigate to Transactions > Hold Order List to access all held orders.
