Downloading the report for an email campaign:
Step 1: Log In
Log in to the business manager using your authorized credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Marketing Section
From the home screen, select Marketing to open a new window, then choose Campaign and click on Email.
Step 3: Select the Campaign
On the Email Campaign page, select the desired campaign for which you want to download the report.
Step 4: Download the Report
Under the Report column, choose your preferred format to download the campaign report, either as a PDF or CSV file.
