We introduce the new Loyalty Feature in the Business Manager, POS, and Customer Mobile App, designed to reward your customers and enhance their experience with your business!
In Business Manager (Version 0.0.5.0)
Business owners can now reward customers with loyalty points, which can be easily redeemed either through the mobile app or in-store. Here’s how you can manage the feature:
1. Setting Up Loyalty Points:
Navigate to Settings > Promotion > Loyalty.
Configure loyalty points based on your store’s policy, including minimum points value and any additional notes.
2. Order Processing:
If a customer does not use the mobile app, employees can still redeem loyalty points during checkout. On the payment page, an option is displayed that allows employees to redeem points on behalf of the customer, should they wish to use them.
3. Receipt Information:
Customers will see their loyalty points balance clearly on their receipt, allowing them to track their rewards.
In POS (Version 1.1.1.8)
In the POS system, we've made it easy for employees to redeem loyalty points for customers who don’t use the mobile app.
Payment Page Option: During payment, employees will have the option to redeem the customer’s loyalty points directly on the payment page if the customer wishes to use them.
Receipt Display: Like the Business Manager, the customer's loyalty points balance will appear on their receipt.

Loyalty Points Overview: A dedicated Loyalty section displays their current points balance in Profile Page .
Easy Redemption: Customers can easily redeem their points through the app, and the amount will be credited to their wallet for future use.
Note: Loyalty points are credited to customers only once the order is paid in full and delivered.
