Mobile App Update: Refer and Earn Feature

We’ve launched a new Refer and Earn feature in the mobile app to help customers share benefits with their friends and family.

  • How it works: Customers can now generate a unique referral link directly from the app and share it via social media, messaging, or email. When the referred friend signs up and places their first order (and successfully completes payment), both the referrer and the referred user earn an exclusive amount in there wallet.

  • Key Point: This feature not only rewards loyal customers for spreading the word but also helps businesses grow by tapping into the customer’s personal networks—ultimately boosting customer acquisition through word-of-mouth marketing.


Business Manager Version ( 0.0.4.4 )

1. Refer and Earn Report :

  • A comprehensive Refer and Earn report has been introduced in Business Manager. This report allows business owners to track the full referral journey, providing insights into:

- Who referred whom

- The status of each referral (whether the referred person has placed their first order)

- The total number of successful referrals and referral points earned

This report will be key to understanding how well the referral program is performing and which customers are driving the most referrals.

2. Promotion Settings for Refer and Earn:

  • To activate the Refer and Earn program, business owners can navigate to the Promotion section in Business Manager. Here, they can:

- Enable or disable the referral program with a simple toggle.

- Set custom reward amounts for new customers (the referred) and existing customers (the referrer) based on completed first orders.

This flexibility allows businesses to tailor the referral program to their specific promotional needs, whether they're looking to incentivize new sign-ups or reward loyal customers.

3. Customer Section Enhancements:

  • We've added Active and Passive lists to the customer section, making it easier for businesses to categorize and manage customers based on their activity and engagement.

  • A new feature allows business owners to enable or disable customer profiles. Disabled customers will no longer appear in search results, giving businesses better control over which customers are visible in the system.


Bug Fixes and Improvements

  • Total Amount Display Fix: Corrected an issue where the total income and unpaid orders amounts were not displaying properly on the home page when using store login.

  • Date Filter for Due Orders Report: Added a date filter to improve visibility of due orders in reports.

  • Global Header Search Fix: Addressed an issue with the global header search functionality when searching for customers in store login mode.
