1. Log in to Turns POS

  • Open your Turns POS Dashboard with your usual login credentials.

2. Start Creating an Order

  • Select a customer (e.g., John Doe).

  • Add items (e.g., 2 dresses, 3 shirts, 4 pairs of socks).

  • Set preferences (e.g., dry wash, no hot water, mild wash, no ironing).

  • Assign rack number, bags, and hangers.

3. Put an Order on Hold

  • If a new walk-in customer arrives while you’re mid-order, simply click Hold.

  • The order is saved with all items, preferences, and details intact.

  • You can now serve the new customer immediately without losing work.

4. Resume a Held Order

  • Once you’re done with the walk-in, go back to the Hold Order List on the dashboard.

  • Select the customer’s order (e.g., John Doe).

  • Resume exactly where you left off — all items, preferences, rack, bags, and hanger details are preserved.

5. Finalize and Complete the Order

  • Continue adding/editing if needed.

  • Finalize the order.

  • Collect payment by the customer’s preferred mode.

  • Once completed, the Hold Order List is cleared, since the order has been resumed and finished.
