3. Define Geo-Fence
Use the map tool to draw a circle or polygon around the service area.
This ensures only customers within your chosen boundary can request pickups.
4. Customer App Workflow
Customers sign up using their phone number and OTP.
They share location & zip code for accurate pickup.
On the homepage, they tap Pickup Request.
Customers select services (e.g., Dry Cleaning, Shoe Laundry).
Add items, preferences (e.g., fabric freshener), and pickup/delivery schedule.
Apply coupons and leave notes.
Tap Proceed to confirm the order.
5. Notifications & Driver Actions
Orders appear simultaneously in POS and Fleet App.
Drivers can see customer info, use the map for navigation, and exchange images for confirmation.
At the store, orders are tracked in Pickup Delivery Requests.
6. Manage Orders in POS
Orders move through three stages:
To Do → clothes collected
Processing → laundry in progress
