Priority Order Functionality

We're excited to introduce Priority Orders – a powerful new feature designed to help you manage urgent and time-sensitive orders with complete confidence. Whether it's a last-minute request, a VIP customer, or an emergency situation, you can now flag these orders and ensure they receive immediate attention throughout your entire workflow.

Complete Priority Order System

Mark Orders as Priority

When creating a new order, you can now designate it as a priority with a single click. This is perfect for:

  • Same-day rush orders

  • VIP customer requests

  • Emergency cleaning situations

  • Special event preparations

  • Time-critical business needs

The priority marking flows through your entire system, ensuring everyone on your team knows this order needs special attention.

Priority orders are clearly labeled wherever they appear:

  • Customer Receipts: Priority marking is prominently displayed so customers know their urgent request is being handled accordingly.

  • Garment Tags: Production staff can immediately identify which items need to be processed first.

  • Work Orders: Priority flags are visible on all production documentation.

  • Order Hub: Priority orders are visually distinct with special indicators, making it easy to see urgent work at a glance

  • Order List: Filter and sort by priority status to focus on what matters most

  • Search Results: Priority markers appear in search, so you never lose track of urgent orders

  • Dashboard Views: Get a quick count of how many priority orders are in progress

Improved Order Hub Status Counts

We've enhanced the Order Hub to give you better visibility into your operational workload.

Real-Time Status Count Display

The Order Hub now shows you exactly how many orders are in each status stage:

  • New Orders: See how many orders just came in and need processing

  • In Process: Know how many orders are currently being worked on
