What's New

Order Hub Status Counts

The Order Hub now displays the count of orders in each status, giving you instant visibility into your operational workload.

What You'll See:

  • Number of new orders

  • Orders currently in process

  • Orders ready for delivery


Payment Type Filter

We've added a payment type filter to the payment list, making it easy to find specific transactions.

Filter By:

  • Cash payments

  • Credit card transactions

  • Debit card payments

  • Digital wallet payments

  • Check payments

  • Store credit usage


Retail Order Refunds

You can now process refunds for retail orders right from the payment list.

How It Works:

  • Open the payment list

  • Find the retail order transaction

  • Click to process the refund

  • Refund is completed instantly


Priority Order Functionality

Priority order marking is now available for service orders and quick orders, ensuring time-sensitive requests get immediate attention.

Key Features:

  • Flag urgent orders during creation

  • Priority marking appears on receipts and garment tags

  • Easy identification throughout the system

  • Ensures rush orders are processed first


Today's Delivery List

A new Today's Delivery list gives you a dedicated view of all deliveries scheduled for today.

What You Can See:

  • All orders scheduled for delivery today

  • Delivery status for each order

  • Customer addresses and contact information

  • Driver assignments

  • Delivery time windows


Resend Customer Notifications

You can now resend any notification to customers directly from the POS.

Available Notifications:

  • Order confirmation

  • Order in process updates

  • Ready for pickup/delivery alerts

  • Payment reminders

  • Payment confirmations

  • Order PDFs

How to Use: Open any order and click the resend notification option to instantly send the customer any notification they may have missed.


Unit/Apartment Number Field

We've added a dedicated unit/apartment number field when creating or updating customer profiles.

How to Use: When creating a new customer or editing an existing one, simply fill in the unit/apartment number field along with the rest of the address.
