You can resend any of these important customer notifications:
New Order Generation Resend the initial order confirmation with all order details, so customers have a fresh copy of their order information.
Order PDF Send the detailed order PDF again if customers need another copy for their records or lost the original.
Order In Process Let customers know their order is being worked on. Perfect when they call asking for a status update.
Order Ready for Delivery Remind customers their order is ready to be picked up or is scheduled for delivery. Great for customers who may have overlooked the first notification.
Payment Reminder Send another payment reminder for outstanding balances. Helpful when customers need a gentle nudge or claim they never received the first reminder.
Payment Successful Resend payment confirmation if customers need proof of payment or lost their receipt.
How to Use
Simple 2-Step Process:
Go to Order Details: Open any order to view its complete information
Click "Resend Notification": Select the notification type you want to send
Access Path: Order Details > Resend Notification button
