Updating the Customer details after it has been created in POS:

  • Access Turns POS: Log in to the Turns POS using your authorized credentials.

  • Navigation: Navigate to the "Hamburger Menu." From here, go to “Customers” option.

  • Selecting the Customer: Choose the desired customer for whom you wish to update the details.

  • Navigating to Customer Details: On the customer detail page, locate and choose the “Update” option.

  • Editing Customer Information: Once on the update screen, make the necessary changes to the customer details.

  • Completing the Process: After making the required adjustments, click on “Update” to finalize the process.
