How Can I edit bags of the Order after it has been created?

Editing the bags of the order after it has been created:

  • Access Turns POS: Log in to the Turns POS using your authorized credentials.

  • Navigation: Navigate to the "Orders Hub” from the bottom of the dashboard screen. This is where all the orders are listed and managed.

  • Selecting the Order: Choose the desired order for which you wish to make edits.

  • Navigating to Order Details: On the Order Detail page, click on the tab labeled “See More”.

  • Initiating Bag Edit: Within the “See More” dialogue box, locate and click on the “Edit Bag” option.

  • Redirecting to Update Order Page: Upon selecting “Edit Bag”, you will be redirected to the “Update Order” page.

  • Editing Bag Details: Here, you can edit the number of bags and choose their colors as required.

  • Completing the Process: After making the necessary changes, click on “Update” to finalize the process.
