Editing the Email Template in Business Manager:
Access Turns Business Manager: Log in to the Turns Business Manager using your authorized credentials.
Navigation: Navigate to Settings from the main menu then proceed to Organization and select SMS and Email Settings option to access the respective List.
Accessing Email Settings: In the SMS and Email Settings page, click on the "Email Settings" option, highlighted in orange, located at the top right corner of the page.
Selecting Template: Choose the Email template you wish to edit by clicking on the "edit" option.
Editing Email Template: Within the Update Email Template section, make necessary changes in the specified fields:
a. Email Subject: Modify the subject of the Email according to your preference.
b. Email Body: Edit the description of the Email, utilizing Email Variables and Assets. Optionally, you can also upload an image here.
Finalization: Click on "Update" to finalize the changes made.
Confirmation: Upon completion, the updated list will display the edited Email Template.
