How to Charge or Mark an Invoice as Paid in Business Manager?

Step 1: Log into Turns Business Manager

Use your authorized credentials to access the system.


Step 2: Navigate to the Transactions Section

From the main menu, select Transactions and then choose the Invoice option to access the list of invoices.


Step 3: Choose the Desired Invoice

From the invoice list, select the invoice you wish to pay. Scroll to the right-hand side of the page.


Step 4: Access the Payment Option

Under the Action Column, find the "card" icon, which represents the option to make a payment. Click on it.


Step 5: Payment Process

A dialogue box titled Pay Now will appear. Enter the required payment type (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) along with any additional necessary details.


Step 6: Finalize the Payment

Once the payment information is filled in, click on "Pay Now" to complete the payment and mark the invoice as paid.


Additional Notes

  • Payment Confirmation: After completing the payment, you should receive a confirmation message and see the invoice marked as "Paid" in the system.

  • Record-Keeping: Ensure that payment receipts and transaction records are saved for future reference and accounting.
