Creating Segments for Marketing:
Step 1: Log In
Log in to the business manager using your authorized credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Marketing Section
From the home screen, select Marketing. This action will redirect you to a new window.
Step 3: Access the Segments
In the marketing window, choose Segment from the available options.
Step 4: Create a New Segment
On the Segment page, click the Create Segment option located in the top right corner.
In the Create Segment form, fill out the following fields:
Segment Name: Enter a descriptive name for the segment.
Segment Description: Provide a brief description of the segment.
Segment Criteria: Select the appropriate rule for the segment from the dropdown menu.
Step 5: Finalize the Creation
Click Create Segment to finalize the process.
Step 6: View Your New Segment
Return to the Segment page to view your newly created segment.
