How do you set up a loyalty points system in a business manager?

Follow these steps to configure and activate a loyalty points system for your customers.

Step 1: Navigate to Loyalty Settings

  1. Log in to your Business Manager account.

  2. Go to Settings:

    • On the dashboard, locate and click on the Settings menu.

  3. Access Promotion:

    • Within the Settings menu, click on Promotion.

  4. Select Loyalty:

    • Now, click on Loyalty to begin setting up your loyalty program.

Step 2: Configure Loyalty Points System

  1. Choose Point Calculation:

    • Decide whether loyalty points should be calculated from the Subtotal or the Grand Total of the customer's purchase.

      • Subtotal: Points are based on the total before taxes and fees.

      • Grand Total: Points are based on the total after taxes and fees.

  2. Set Points-to-Spend Ratio:

    • Determine how much customers need to spend to earn loyalty points:

      • Enter the amount the customer needs to spend to earn points.

      • Set how many points the customer will receive for that amount.

    • Example: "Spend $10 to earn 1 point."

  3. Define Point Value:

    • Set the monetary value of one loyalty point.

    • Example: "1 point = $0.10."

Step 3: Set Redemption Rules

  1. Minimum Points to Redeem:

    • Specify the minimum number of points a customer must accumulate before they can redeem them.

    • Example: "Customers need at least 50 points to start redeeming."

  2. Choose Store(s):

    • If you have multiple locations, select which store(s) this loyalty program applies to.

Step 4: Add Additional Notes (Optional)

  1. Notes Section:

    • If necessary, add any notes or additional details related to the loyalty program in the notes section.

Step 5: Save Changes

  1. Once all the settings are configured, click Save to activate the loyalty program for your store.

Note: Loyalty points are credited to customers only once the order is fully paid and delivered.
