Step 1: Access Loyalty Points on the App
Open the Mobile Booking Link or Customer App:
Log in to your account using the mobile booking link or the customer app.
Go to Profile:
On the bottom bar of the app, click on Profile.
Step 2: Redeem Loyalty Points
Click on Loyalty:
In the Profile section, find and tap on Loyalty.
Redeem Points:
Tap on the Redeem button.
Enter Redemption Amount:
Enter the amount of points you want to redeem.
Confirm to redeem the entered amount.
Step 3: Points Added to Wallet
Once you redeem the points, they will be added to your wallet as credit.
Step 4: Use Wallet for Payment
When making a purchase:
During checkout, select Wallet as your payment method.
Apply Redeemed Points:
The amount in the wallet will be deducted from the total charge using the redeemed points.
