1. Log in to Turns Business Manager/Admin Dashboard
Open the Turns portal at Turns Dashboard (or use your bookmarked link).
Enter your login credentials (email and password).
2. Locate the Chat Feature
Once logged in, look for a Chat or Help button, typically located at:
The bottom-right corner of your screen is a chat icon.
Or under the Support section in the main menu.
3. Start the Chat
Click on the Chat/Help icon.
A pop-up window or sidebar will appear, prompting you to type your message.
4. Provide Details
Enter your question or describe the issue you’re facing. For example:
Example: "Hi, I need help setting up the 'Split Order' feature for my laundromat."
5. Connect with a Representative
Your message will be routed to a Customer Success Manager (like K!).
You’ll usually receive a response in real time during business hours. If it’s outside of support hours, you’ll receive an email follow-up.
6. Track Follow-ups
If your query isn’t resolved immediately a reference to check back later in the same chat.
You can return to the chat anytime to review the history or updates.
Tips for Faster Help
Include screenshots of errors (if applicable).
Mention your laundromat’s name and specific software area (e.g., Turns POS or Turns Business Manager).
