1. Access the Turns POS System

  • Open the Turns POS interface on your device (tablet, computer, or any compatible hardware).


2. Locate the Chat Icon

  • At the top of the POS screen, look for the chat bubble with a blue question mark.

  • This is the designated area to initiate a support chat.


3. Tap the Chat Bubble

  • Click or tap the chat icon.

  • A chat window will pop up, allowing you to type your query.


4. Type Your Message

  • Clearly describe your issue or question.

    • Example: "Hi, I need assistance with updating a customer information."


5. Wait for a Response

  • A representative will respond in real-time if available.

  • If no one is immediately available, your message will be logged, and you’ll receive a follow-up.


Pro Tip

  • Ensure your POS is connected to the internet for the chat feature to work seamlessly.
