1. Access the Turns POS System
Open the Turns POS interface on your device (tablet, computer, or any compatible hardware).
2. Locate the Chat Icon
At the top of the POS screen, look for the chat bubble with a blue question mark.
This is the designated area to initiate a support chat.
3. Tap the Chat Bubble
Click or tap the chat icon.
A chat window will pop up, allowing you to type your query.
4. Type Your Message
Clearly describe your issue or question.
Example: "Hi, I need assistance with updating a customer information."
5. Wait for a Response
A representative will respond in real-time if available.
If no one is immediately available, your message will be logged, and you’ll receive a follow-up.
