Driver Tipping on Customer Mobile App
Customers can now add a tip for their delivery driver when placing orders through the mobile app.
How It Works:
For Customers:
Place an order through the Customer Mobile App
At final submission, see the option to add a driver tip
Choose tip amount or percentage
Submit order with tip included
Tip goes directly to the assigned driver
For Business Owners:
Enable or disable driver tipping
Track tip amounts through reporting
Ensure drivers receive their tips
How to Enable
Setup in Business Manager:
Go to Business Manager
Navigate to Settings
Select Payment Settings
Go to Payment Integration
Open Tip Settings
Find Driver Tip Mobile option
Enable the setting
Once enabled, customers will see the tip option when placing orders on the mobile app.

Note: Tag Configurator settings apply to tags printed from Business Manager.
