Steps to Update Order Status

Step 1: Log in to the POS
Access the Turns POS System and log in using your credentials.

Step 2: Locate the Order
Go to the Orders section in your POS.
Use the Order ID to quickly find the required order.

Step 3: Select the Order
Click on the order to open its details.
Then click “See More” to view complete information.

Step 4: Change Order Status
Click on the Change Order Status option.
Choose the appropriate status—New Order, In Process, Ready for Delivery, or Delivered.
Click “Save” to apply the changes.
