How can I change the order status in Business Manager?

Step 1: Log into Turns Business Manager

Access the Turns Business Manager using your authorized credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to orders

  1. From the main menu, go to Transactions.

  2. Select orders from the dropdown menu to view the order list .

Step 3: Locate the order you want to update (you can use search or filters)

  1. Click on the specific order to open its details.

  2. Find the Order Status field or dropdown.

  3. Select the new status (e.g., new order, picked up, In store, In Processing, ready for delivery, delivered).

  4. Click on order update status to apply the changes.
