Step 1: Access Turns Business Manager

Log in to the Turns Business Manager using your authorized credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to New Orders

Go to the New Orders section from your dashboard to begin creating an order.

Step 3: Create a New Order & Add Customer

Click on the “New Order” or “+ New Order” button to begin. Then, add a new customer using the plus (+) icon or search for an existing customer by name, contact details, or email ID.

Step 4: Enter Additional Information

Add details such as due date, customer preferences, discounts, uploaded images, color patterns, defects, or any special notes if required.

Step 5: Select charge now or charge later

Click on “Charge Now” or “Charge Later.”
If “Charge Now” is selected, you will be redirected to the payment method section.

Step 6: Select Payment Method

Choose the preferred payment option, such as Cash, Card, Online, etc.

Step 7: Review and Confirm

Carefully review all the order details, then click Pay to complete the process.

Final Step

Once created, the order will appear in your active or pending orders list for further processing.
