How to Create a Purchase Order in Turns Business Manager?

Follow the steps below to easily create and manage a purchase order within the Turns Business Manager

Step 1: Log into Turns Business Manager

Log in to your account using your authorized credentials.


Step 2: Navigate to the Transactions Section

From the main menu, navigate to Transactions, then select Purchase Order from the dropdown menu to access the purchase order management page.


Step 3: Initiate the Creation of a Purchase Order

Click on the "+" icon to initiate the creation of a new purchase order.


Step 4: Fill Out the Purchase Order Details

A dialogue box titled "Create Purchase Order" will appear. Fill in the necessary fields:

  • Store: Enter the name of the store associated with the purchase order.

  • Assign Vendor: Select the appropriate vendor from the dropdown list to assign them to the order.

  • Product: Choose the desired products from the dropdown menu to include in the order.


Step 5: Finalize the Order

Once you have completed the required fields, click on the Submit button to finalize the creation of the purchase order.


Step 6: Additional Options on the Purchase Order Page

After submitting the order, you will be redirected to the Purchase Order page where you have several options:

  • Add More Products: If necessary, you can add more products to the order by clicking on the "Add" option highlighted in orange.

  • Set Delivery Date: You can set the expected delivery date for the order.

  • Manage Payment and Charges: You have the option to mark the payment as paid and include any extra charges if applicable.


Step 7: Save the Order

Click on either the "Save" or "Save and Send SMS" buttons on the screen to save the order.

  • Save: Saves the order for future reference.

  • Save and Send SMS: Saves the order and notifies the vendor via SMS, confirming the purchase.
