In certain circumstances, you may need to change the driver assigned to a specific customer on a live route. Route Manager makes this task simple and straightforward. This guide will walk you through the steps to change the driver for one customer within a live route using Route Manager.

Step 1: Log in to Route Manager

Open the Route Manager platform on your preferred web browser and log in using your account credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Live Routes

After logging in, click on the "Live Route" option. This will take you to a page displaying all the routes currently active.

Step 3: Access Customer Options

Within the selected live route, find the customer for whom you wish to change the driver. Next to the customer's name, you should see three dots (often referred to as the "More" or "Options" button). Click on this to access the customer's options.

Step 4: Change the Driver

In the dropdown menu that appears, click on the option to "Change Driver." This will bring up a list of available drivers. Select the new driver you wish to assign to this particular customer.
