Log into the Turns Business Manager with your credentials to start the process of creating a new promotion or coupon.
Go to Settings from the left side menu, and now Navigate to the "Promotion" section in the main menu.
From the available options, click on "Promo/Coupon" to access the desired page.
To create a new promotion, click on the "+" icon.
On the promotion details page, look for the option to Add Coupon or Enter Coupon and click on it.
Now, it's time to specify the details of your promo or coupon:
Determine who the promo/coupon is for—new customers, existing ones, or a specific group.
Select the type of promotion—whether it’s a discount or cashback
Name your coupon or promotion to make it identifiable.
Decide on the applicable transaction type—percentage or amount
Set the coupon value—a numeric value.
If needed, set a minimum order value for the coupon to be valid, you can also set a maximum value, if needed.
Set the expiry dateState whether the promo/coupon is default—meaning it automatically applies to all applicable transactions.
Mention the maximum usage—either per customer or for the entire campaign.
Choose if this coupon can be combined with other coupons or not.
And if you’d like, attach an image to visually represent the coupon in your marketing materials.
Once you've filled in all the details, hit the "Create" button to finalize your promotion or coupon.
