Access Turns Business Manager: Log in to the Turns Business Manager using your authorized credentials.

Navigation: Navigate to Settings from the main menu then proceed to Products and Services and select Retail Categories option from the dropdown to access the respective page.

Accessing Retail Category Addition: Click on the "+" icon to add a new Retail Category.

Entering Category Information: In the New Retail Category dialogue box, provide the necessary details:
a. Category Name: Enter the name of the Retail product category you wish to add.
b. Description: Optionally, provide a brief description of the category being added.
c. Status: Choose the status of the category, either to display (Show) or hide (Hide).

Completing the Process: Click on the "Create" button to finalize the addition of the new Retail Category.

Viewing the Updated List: After completing the process, you will see the updated list with the newly added Retail Category.
