Step 1: Log into Turns Business Manager
Log in using your authorized credentials to access the Turns Business Manager.
Step 2: Navigate to the Employees Section
From the main menu, select Employees and then choose the specific employee whose access you want to edit for void orders.
Step 3: Open the Edit Option
Scroll to the right-hand side of the page to locate the Action Column. In this column, click on the Edit option for the selected employee.
Step 4: Scroll to "Other Details"
Once you are in the editing mode, scroll down to the "Other Details" section to locate the necessary settings.
Step 5: Select the Void Access Option
In the “Other Details” section, you will find the “Allow Void Access” setting. Use the dropdown menu to either Enable or Disable this access for the employee.
Step 6: Complete the Update
After making the desired changes, click Update to finalize the modification.
Step 7: Verify the Update
The page will refresh, and you should see the newly edited information reflecting the changes made to the employee's access to void orders.
