Changing the Status of New Order into Processing:
Access Turns POS: Log in to the Turns POS using your authorized credentials.
Navigation: Navigate to the "Orders Hub” from the bottom of the dashboard screen. This is where all the orders are listed and managed.
Selecting the Order: Choose the desired order for which you wish to change the status.
Accessing Order Board: In the workflow view, locate the order box in the "To-do" column corresponding to the selected order.
Dragging and Dropping: Drag the order box from the "To-do" column and drop it into the "Processing" column.
Completion Confirmation: By moving the order box to the "Processing" column, it signifies the completion of the process for that order.
