Step 1: Log into Turns Business Manager
Log in to Turns Business Manager using your authorized credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Customers Section
From the main menu, select Customers to access the customer database.
Step 3: Select the Desired Customer
On the Customers page, locate and select the specific customer whose mobile number you need to update.
Step 4: Access the Edit Options
In the Action Column on the right-hand side of the screen, click the edit icon (pencil) to enter the customer's edit mode.
Step 5: Update the Mobile Number
In the Edit Customers page, locate the Mobile field and update the number as needed.
Step 6: Finalize the Change
Click Update to save and confirm the changes made to the customer’s mobile number.
