Step 1: Access Turns Business Manager
Log in to Turns Business Manager using your authorized credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Customers Section
From the main menu, navigate to the Customers section to access the list of customers.
Step 3: Select the Customer
Choose the specific customer from the list for whom you want to enable the auto-pay option.
Step 4: Access Editing Options
Locate the "Edit" icon under the Action column next to the selected customer.
Click on the "Edit" icon to proceed to the customer’s profile.
Step 5: Toggle Auto Pay Setting
In the customer’s profile settings, find the auto-pay option.
If the auto pay option is disabled, untoggle the button to enable it for future payments.
Step 6: Confirm the Update
Once the auto-pay option is enabled, click the "Update" button to save and confirm the changes.
This will activate the auto-pay option for the customer, enabling automatic payments for future orders.
Note: The auto-pay option is available only for commercial customers
