Creating QTY - based Subscriptions:
Access Turns Business Manager: Log in to the Turns Business Manager using your authorized credentials.
Navigation: Navigate to Products & Services in the main menu and then select the Subscriptions option from the dropdown menu to access the List.
Creating a QTY - based Subscription:
Click on the "+" icon to create a new subscription.
Click on the QTY - based Subscription option from the three shown which will re-direct you to a new page.
In the “Create Subscription” page, complete the required fields including:
Subscription Name: Enter the name of your Subscription.
Subscription description: Briefly describe your subscription.
Tax Data: Enter the tax data number.
Select Store: Select the store for which you want to create the subscription.
Price: Enter the price of the subscription.
No. of QTY: Enter the count of the qty.
Minimum QTY per visit: Enter the minimum count of the lbs.
No. of customer visits allowed: Specify the maximum number of visits a customer is permitted within a given timeframe.
Select Price List: Choose from available price list options to apply to this subscription.
Expiry Duration Count: Define the number of units.
Select Expiry Duration Type: Choose the unit of time for the expiry duration.
Select Service ID: Choose the identifier for the specific service being set up or managed.
Select items: Pick the individual items to include or manage within this selection.
Pickup charges free: Indicate whether pickup charges are waived for this service.
Show on Mobile: Decide if this information should be visible or accessible on mobile devices.
Upload your Logo: Upload your company or brand logo to be displayed with this service.
Confirm and Finalize: Click on “Create” to finalize the process.
Confirmation and Review: Once completed, you will see the updated list with the newly created package.
