1. Access Turns Business Manager
Log In
Use your authorized credentials to access the Turns Business Manager.Navigate to Subscriptions
From the main menu, select Settings.
Under Product and Services, choose Subscriptions.
2. Create a New Subscription
Add a Subscription
Click on the + icon.
Select a QTY-based Subscription from the available options. This action will redirect you to the Create Subscription page.
3. Configure Your Subscription
On the Create Subscription page, fill out the following fields:
Subscription Name
Enter a clear, descriptive name for your subscription.Subscription Description (optional)
Briefly describe what this subscription covers.Tax Data (optional)
Provide the relevant tax data or tax identification number.Select Store
Choose the store associated with this subscription.Price
Enter the base price of the subscription.No. of QTY
Enter the total quantity (QTY) allowance.Minimum QTY per Visit
Specify the minimum number of QTY a customer can use per visit.No. of Customer Visits Allowed
Indicate the maximum number of visits a customer can make under this subscription.Select Price List (optional)
Pick from the available price list options if applicable.Expiry Duration
Define how long the subscription lasts (for example, “30” for 30 days).Select Expiry Duration Type
Choose the unit of time (days, weeks, months, etc.).Select Service ID (optional)
Select the identifier for the service you’re setting up.Select Items (optional)
Pick specific items (such as products or services) that will be included.Pickup Charges Free
Indicate whether pickup fees are waived under this subscription.Show on Mobile
Choose whether to make this subscription visible on mobile devices.Upload Your Logo
Include your company or brand logo to display alongside the subscription.
4. Confirm and Finalize
Create Subscription
Click Create to save and finalize the new QTY-based subscription.Confirmation & Review
Once created, you’ll see your newly added subscription in the Subscriptions list.
Tip: Remember to review your pricing, tax information, and usage limits to ensure accuracy before finalizing. If you need to make changes later, simply return to the Subscriptions section and edit the relevant fields.
You’re all set! Your QTY-based subscription will now be available for customers to purchase and use according to the parameters you’ve configured.
