Adding Items to the Price List in Business Manager:

Adding a Service

  1. Log In to Business Manager: Access the Business Manager using your authorized credentials.

  2. Navigate to Services: From the home screen, go to Settings then proceed to "Product & Services," and choose "Services" from the dropdown menu.

  3. Add a New Service: On the New Service page, click the "+" icon to add a new service.

  4. Complete Service Details: In the "New Service" dialogue box, fill out the following fields:

    • Service Name: Enter the name of the service.

    • Show/Hide: Select "Show" or "Hide" to determine visibility.

    • Show/Hide on Website: Choose whether to display the service on the website.

    • Priority: Enter the priority number for the service.

    • Department: Select the relevant department from the dropdown menu.

    • Upload Your Image: Optionally, upload an image for the service.

  5. Finalize the Service: Click "Create" to add the service to your list.

  6. Review the List: Check the list to confirm that the new service has been added successfully.

Adding a Category

  1. Log In to Business Manager: Use your authorized credentials to log in.

  2. Navigate to Categories: From the home screen, go to Settings then proceed to "Product & Services," and choose "Categories" from the dropdown menu.

  3. Add a New Category: On the Product Category page, click the "+" icon to add a new category.

  4. Complete Category Details: In the "New Category" dialogue box, enter the following information:

    • Category Name: Enter the name of the category.

    • Description: Provide a brief description of the category.

    • Status: Choose whether to show or hide the category.

  5. Finalize the Category: Click "Create" to add the category.

  6. Review the List: Verify the addition of the new category in your list.

Adding a Product

  1. Log In to Business Manager: Access the Business Manager with your authorized credentials.

  2. Navigate to Products: From the home screen, go to Settings then proceed to "Product & Services," and choose "Products" from the dropdown menu.

  3. Add a New Product: On the Product List page, click the "+" icon to add a new product.

  4. Complete Product Details: In the "New Product" dialogue box, provide the following information:

    • Product Name: Enter the name of the product.

    • Upload Your Image: Optionally, upload an image of the product.

  5. Finalize the Product: Click "Create" to add the product to your list.

  6. Review the List: Check the Product List page to confirm the addition of the new product.

Adding a New Item to the Service Price List

  1. Log In to Business Manager: Use your authorized credentials to log in.

  2. Navigate to Service Price List: From the home screen, go to Settings then proceed to "Product & Services," and choose "Service Price List" from the dropdown menu.

  3. Add a New Price List Item: On the Service Price List page, click the small "+" icon to add a new item.

  4. Complete Price List Item Details: In the "Price List Item" dialogue box, fill out the following fields:

    • Pricelist: Select the pricelist from the dropdown menu.

    • Service Name: Choose the relevant service from the dropdown.

    • Category Name: Select the appropriate category from the dropdown.

    • Product List: Choose the product from the dropdown.

    • Price: Enter the price of the item.

    • Min Price: Specify the minimum price for the item.

    • Pieces: Enter the number of pieces for the item.

    • Active: Choose "Yes" or "No" to set the item's status.

    • Price Unit: Select the unit of measurement for the price from the dropdown.

    • Online: Choose "Yes" or "No" to indicate if the item should be available online.

    • Priority: Enter the priority number for the item.

    • Taxes: Input any applicable taxes.

    • Description: Provide a brief description of the item.

    • Show Upcharges on Mobile: Select "Enable" or "Disable" to manage upcharge visibility on mobile.

  5. Finalize the Item: Click "Create" to add the new item to the service price list.

  6. Review the List: Confirm the addition of the new item by reviewing the Service Price List page.
