Log in to the Business Manager using your authorized credentials to ensure secure access to the system.
Navigating to Customer Queries
From the home screen, select "Transactions" and then choose "Customer Queries" from the dropdown menu.
Viewing Customer Queries
On the Customer Queries page, you can view a comprehensive list of all customer queries under the query list section.
