Restricting my Employee from using any Refund on Orders:
Logging In
Log in to the Business Manager using your authorized credentials to ensure secure access.
Navigating to the Employees Section
From the home screen, select "Employees" to open the employee management interface.
Selecting the Employee
On the Employee page, find and select the employee for whom you wish to restrict refund access. Click the edit icon in the Action column to modify their settings.
Restricting Refund Access
In the Edit Employee page, scroll to the "Other Details" section. Locate "Allow Refund Access" and choose "No" from the dropdown menu to restrict refund capabilities.
Saving Changes
Click "Update" to apply and save the changes for the selected employee.
