Restricting my Employee from using any discount on any item in Service Orders:

Logging In

Log in to the Business Manager using your authorized credentials to ensure secure access.

Navigating to the Employees Section

From the home screen, select "Employees" to access the employee management interface.

Selecting the Employee

On the Employee page, locate and select the employee for whom you wish to restrict discount usage. Click the edit icon in the Action column to proceed.

Restricting Discount Access

In the Edit Employee page, scroll down to the "Other Details" section. Find "Allow Service Order Item Discount" and select "No" from the dropdown menu to restrict discount access.

Saving Changes

Click "Update" to apply and save the changes for the selected employee.
