Step 1: Log into Turns Business Manager
Log in using your authorized credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Customers Section
From the main menu, go to Customers and locate the customer for whom you wish to add wallet points.
Step 3: Locate the Action Column
Scroll to the right-hand side of the Customers page to access the Action Column.
Step 4: Access Customer Details
Click on the Customer name option to open the Customer Details page.
Step 5: Navigate to Wallet Balance
On the Customer Details page, find and click on Wallet Balance to access the wallet settings.
Step 6: Add Wallet Points
In the Wallet Balance dialogue box:
Enter the desired wallet amount to be added.
Click Add to update the wallet balance.
Step 7: Verify the Updated Balance
Once the update is complete, the new wallet balance will be displayed on the Customer Details page.
