How to Change the Status of an Order in the POS

Employees now have the capability to update order statuses directly within the POS system.

Steps to Change an Order Status

  1. Navigate to the POS System
    Open the POS system.

  2. Access the Orders Section
    Click on the Hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) located in the top-left corner of the screen to open the menu.

  3. Find the Order
    In the menu, select Orders. Use the search bar to locate the order by entering the Order ID or Customer Name.

  4. Open the Order Details
    Tap on the desired order to open its details.

  5. Change the Order Status

    • Click on See More within the order details.

    • Select Change Order Status from the available options.

    • Choose the new status you’d like to apply to the order.

  6. Update the Order Status
    After selecting the new status, click Update to save the change.

Important Note
If the order has already been marked as Delivered, only authorized users may be able to adjust the status further to maintain accurate records.
