Steps to Add Item-Level TAT:
Log into Business Manager
Open the Business Manager application and log in with your credentials.
Navigate to Settings
From the dashboard, go to the Settings section.
Access the Service Price List
In the Settings menu, locate and click on Service Price List.
Add a New Item
In the Service Price List, click on the Add Item button to create a new item or edit an existing one.
Specify TAT for the Item
A new TAT Field is available for each item. Use this field to specify:
Pickup & Delivery TAT: Enter the expected turnaround time for pickup and delivery services.
Drop-off TAT: Enter the expected turnaround time for drop-off services.
Save Changes
After entering the TAT details, click Save to apply the changes to the price list.
