How to Delete a Customer’s Card on File?

If a customer requests to remove their saved card, you can do this easily by following the steps below

Steps to Delete a Card

  1. Access Business Manager:
    Log in to your Business Manager and navigate to the Customers tab.

  2. Find the Customer:
    Use the search bar to locate the customer by name.

  3. Open Customer Details:
    Scroll to the right and click the Info (i) icon next to the customer’s name.

  4. Locate the Cards Section:
    At the top of the customer details page, look for the Cards banner.

  5. Delete the Card(s):
    Click the Cards banner, select the card(s) you wish to delete, and confirm the removal.


Note

Removing a card ensures the customer no longer has a payment method stored in their profile. This action cannot be undone.
