The Turnsapp POS system is designed to streamline your business operations by easily managing pickup and delivery requests. One key feature is the ability to convert pickup requests into orders directly within the system. This simplifies your workflow by creating an order instantly based on the details provided in the pickup request. Here's how you can accomplish this:

Converting Pickup Requests to Orders:

Step 1: Log in to the Turns POS

Step 2: Locate and click on "Pickup/Delivery Requests". This section displays all pending pickup requests made by your customers.

Step 3: Find the particular pickup request that you want to convert into an order. Click on this request.

Step 4: Within the pickup request details, find and click on the "Convert to Order" button. This action will automatically create a new order in your system based on the information provided in the pickup request.

Step 5: You will then be directed to the order creation page. Here, you can add any additional details as needed, like the number of laundry bags received, specific services requested, and so on.

Step 6: Once you've reviewed and added all necessary details, confirm the order to begin processing.


By using the "Convert to Order" feature in the Turnsapp POS system, you can simplify your workflow and ensure no pickup requests are missed or overlooked. This streamlined process saves time, reduces potential errors, and enhances the overall efficiency of your operations.
