Step 1: Log In
Access the Turns Business Manager using your credentials.
Step 2: Go to the Transactions Section
From the main menu, click on Transactions.
Select the Pickup Request option from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Create a Pickup Request
Click the "+" icon in the top-right corner of the page.
Hovering over the icon will display a popup.
Fill in the details:
Store: Select the store handling the pickup.
Customer: Choose the customer requesting the service.
Route Type: Pick either Normal or DoorDash for the delivery route.
Step 4: Set the Date and Time
Choose a date and time for the pickup that suits both your business schedule and the customer's convenience.
Step 5: Proceed to the Next Step
Click Proceed at the bottom-right of the screen to move to the next stage.
Step 6: Apply Discounts or Promotions
If there are any relevant discounts or promotions, apply them at this stage to the order.
Step 7: Add Driver Notes
Include any special instructions or notes for the driver, such as handling specifics or delivery details.
Step 8: Finalize the Pickup Request
Review all details for accuracy.
Click Proceed to confirm and complete the pickup request.
Setting Up Recurring Pickup Requests
Step 1: Enable Recurring Pickup Option
While setting the date and time for the pickup, look for the Recurring Order option (usually at the bottom left of the screen).
Step 2: Select Pickup Frequency
Choose the desired frequency for the recurring pickup, such as daily, weekly, or monthly, based on the customer’s requirements.
By setting up recurring pickups, you can streamline repeat customer interactions and ensure reliable service delivery.
