Steps to Add a Customer Internal Note
Log in to Turns POS using your authorized credentials.
Click the Hamburger Menu (β°) and navigate to Customer.
Search for the customer by entering their Name or Phone Number.
Select the customer from the search results to open the customer profile.
On the left-hand side of the customer profile, click Update.
The Customer Personal Information page will open.
Scroll to the Customer Preferences section.
Locate the Customer Internal Note field.
Enter the required note.
Click Update to save the changes.
Notes
Customer Internal Notes are intended for internal use only.
These notes are visible to authorized team members within Turns POS.
Customers cannot view these internal notes.
