How to Add a Customer Internal Note in Turns POS

Customer Internal Notes allow team members to record important customer-related information that is visible only to internal staff. These notes are not visible to customers.

Steps to Add a Customer Internal Note

  1. Log in to Turns POS using your authorized credentials.

  2. Click the Hamburger Menu (☰) and navigate to Customer.

  3. Search for the customer by entering their Name or Phone Number.

  4. Select the customer from the search results to open the customer profile.

  5. On the left-hand side of the customer profile, click Update.

  6. The Customer Personal Information page will open.

  7. Scroll to the Customer Preferences section.

  8. Locate the Customer Internal Note field.

  9. Enter the required note.

  10. Click Update to save the changes.

Notes

  1. Customer Internal Notes are intended for internal use only.

  2. These notes are visible to authorized team members within Turns POS.

  3. Customers cannot view these internal notes.
