Adding Wallet balance for a Customer in POS:

  • Access Turns POS: Log in to the Turns POS using your authorized credentials.

  • Navigation: Navigate to the "Orders Hub” from the bottom of the dashboard screen. This is where all the orders are listed and managed.

  • Selecting the Order: Choose the desired order for which you wish to make edits.

  • Navigating to Order Details: On the Order Detail page, click on the top right corner tab labeled “View Info”.

  • Initiating Wallet Balance Addition: Once redirected, locate and click on “Add Wallet Balance/History”.

  • Adding Wallet Balance: In the provided fields, enter the desired amount of balance to add to the customer's wallet and optionally add a remark.

  • Completing the Process: After entering the necessary details, click on “Add” to finalize the process.

  • Viewing Updated Balance: Upon completion, you will see the updated balance reflecting the newly added wallet balance.
