Step 1: Log into Business Manager
Access your Business Manager account using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Employees Section
From the main dashboard, click on Employees to access the employee management area.
Step 3: Select the Employee to Edit
Browse or search for the employee whose discount permissions need to be updated.
Scroll to the right to view their full details.
Step 4: Initiate Editing
Click on the Edit icon (pen symbol) next to the employee's details to enable editing.
Step 5: Adjust Discount Settings
In the Other Details section, find the option labeled Allow Retail Order Discount.
Use the dropdown menu to select:
Yes to grant permission for the employee to offer retail order discounts.
No to restrict the employee from giving such discounts.
Step 6: Save the Changes
Click Update to confirm and save the new settings.
