Step 1: Access Business Manager
Sign into your Business Manager account with your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Employees Section
From the dashboard, click on Employees in the main menu.
Step 3: Select Employee for Mapping
Browse or search the employee list to locate the individual whose discount permissions you want to configure.
Scroll to the right to access their details.
Step 4: Enter Edit Mode
Click the Edit icon (pen symbol) beside the employee's information to enable editing.
Step 5: Set Discount Permissions
In the Other Details section, locate the field labeled Allow Service Order Item Discount.
Use the dropdown menu to choose:
Yes: Enables the employee to provide item-specific discounts.
No: Restricts the employee from offering such discounts.
Step 6: Update Settings
Click Update to save the changes.
