How to Manage Discount Permissions for Employees in Business Manager

Step 1: Log into Business Manager

  1. Access the Business Manager platform using your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the Employees Section

  1. From the dashboard, click on the Employees option in the main menu.

Step 3: Locate the Employee to Edit

  1. Browse or search through your employee list to find the person whose permissions need adjustment.

  2. Scroll to the right of their details and find the Edit icon (a pen).

Step 4: Enable Edit Mode

  1. Click the Edit icon to open the employee's profile for editing.

Step 5: Adjust Discount Permissions

  1. In the Other Details section, find the field labeled Allow Service Order Discount.

  2. Open the dropdown menu under this field and select:

    • Yes to allow the employee to offer discounts.

    • No to restrict the employee from offering discounts.

Step 6: Save Changes

  1. Click the Update button to save your changes.
