Organizing your billing process effectively is crucial for business management. Creating a billing group in your admin panel can streamline this process. Here’s how to set it up:

  1. Access Admin Panel:

    • Log into the admin panel with your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Location Settings:

    • In the menu, find and click on 'Location Settings'.

  3. Go to the Billing Group Section:

    • Select 'Billing Group' from the available options.

  4. Initiate Billing Group Creation:

    • Click on 'CREATE BILLING GROUP', located at the top right corner of the screen.

  5. Input Billing Group Details:

    • Enter the necessary details for the billing group:

      • Name: Give the billing group a distinctive name.

      • Phone Number: Provide a contact number.

      • Address: Enter the billing address.

      • Email ID: Add an email address for correspondence.

    • Set Payment Terms: Define the terms of payment for the group.

    • Select Store: Choose the relevant store from the dropdown menu.

    • Select Customer: Assign a customer to the billing group.

  6. Create the Billing Group:

    • After filling in all the information, click on 'Create'.

Now, with your new billing group set up, you can easily map them in your invoices, simplifying and customizing the billing process according to your business needs. This feature is particularly useful for managing different billing arrangements efficiently.
