Creating a pickup request in your business's admin panel is a straightforward process. Here's how you can do it, ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction:
Log In: Access the Turns Business Manager with your credentials.
Go to the Transactions section: Click on the Transactions and select the "Pickup Request" section in the menu.
Create Pickup Request: To create a new pickup request, click on the "+" icon located at the top right corner of the page. Once you hover over it, the customer request popup will be displayed. From there, select the store, customer, and the type of route that you'd like to take (either Normal or DoorDash).
Set Date and Time: Determine and select the appropriate date and time for the pickup, ensuring it aligns with your business schedule and the customer's convenience.
Proceed to the Next Step: Click on 'Proceed', usually found at the bottom right of the screen, to continue with the request setup.
Apply Discounts or Promotions: If there are any applicable promotional offers or discounts, choose them at this stage to apply to the order.
Add Driver Notes: Enter any special instructions or notes that might be relevant for the driver or for handling the pickup.
Finalize the Pickup Request: Confirm all details are correct and click 'Proceed' again to complete the creation of the pickup request.
Setting Up Recurring Pickup:
If the pickup request is recurring, look for the 'Recurring Order' option while setting the date and time. This option is typically found at the bottom left.
Choose the frequency of the recurring pickup as per the requirement.
